The new oak clad garage was built to replace a dilapidated lean too structure adjacent to a 16th century oak framed barn. The bespoke timber framed garage was designed and built on site in keeping with planning control guidance. The original barn had old oak cladding removed due to decay, and new oak cladding was installed prior to the construction of the new garage.
Asbestos roof removed by licensed contractors then the garage was demolished.
New raft foundation installed along with a soakaway and drainage channels.
New timber framed garage with oak cladding constructed, with bespoke built oak tongue and groove doors hand built by Lyons Build on site.
Garage doors fitted with remote controlled electric openers controlled by fobs.
