The annexe is a SIP structure that has been split into two living spaces. The ground floor space is for an elderly member of the family, it has two bedrooms, one of which has a wet room en-suite that is equipped for disabled living. A W.C/laundry room comes off of the large living space via double pocket doors. On the first floor three large bedrooms have been created with a family bathroom.
The SIP construction was then faced off with Brick work and Thermally Treated Nordic Pine Sesame Pre Coated Cladding.
Pocket sliding doors which disappear in to the wall cavity were used to create a great space saving design.
Shaped windows installed to maximise the light and to create an interesting feature to the room.
Gluelam beams have been left exposed, enabling the structure and strength of the roof and build to be seen.
Hard landscaping provided to the perimeter of the build, creating easy access for the disabled elderly relative.
