Conservatory Refurb
The new owners of this Victoria property in Gravesend needed to refurbish their old dilapidated conservatory, this was done with planning and building control due to the project size. A new steel structure supporting the large roof with a EPDM roof covering was then installed.
  • Remove old conservatory windows and roof structure.
  • New steel column and supporting beams for roof.
  • Energy efficient double glazed units supplied and fitted.
  • Single ply EPDM (rubber) roof covering with insulation.
  • Decorated to a high standard with beams exposed.
  • Traditional tiled floor and heating channel were left, in keeping with original Victorian features of the property.
